Impossible deadlines, untrained staff & lack of leadership & decision makers. Employees spend too much time arguing over what's the best way to draw something. Either Revit 3D, Revit 2D or AutoCAD 2D. In the end you end up with everyone doing it their way, leading to lots of items not coordinated or having to correct them later. Much of the staff does not know how to use the current software leading to errors & omissions. The 3 senior principals do not take any lead on this or even assign someone to develop some current office standards. Some staff are very territorial & will not let anyone work on 'their' stuff. In the end they talk about a family but it's really just a bunch of primadonna's.
