Worst Company with Worst values and policies - Project Engineer Trylon Employee Review

Employees feel so isolated. They keep dumping stuff on you and management thinks anyone can do anything WITHOUT even proper training. I was recruited for one position and am performing another duties, my supervisor and he is ignorant most of the times. Not exactly sure what is the purpose of working here after some time. We literally have to beg for salary hikes and even then not assured. Employees are just being asked to work more and more with aggressive due dates and no acknowledgement, no appreciation and nothing. Absolutely zero ethical values. No salary hike for ages, no yearly performance reviews, no internal audits.
