The reviews that are written right after a negative review is posted have to be a joke! The reviews are well written either the marketing team is posting them or senior management! They sound fake and untruthful any employee that has worked there can testify that! In one of 5 start review's it states "yes the majority of the senior managers came from the same bank but they have driven TruStone to new levers". The sales are Wells Fargo level, with cold calling and cross-selling of products. Employee satisfaction is not cared for. The management plays favors with employees, especially during promotions. Unqualified employees are promoted to positions they aren't able to perform. The mistakes of favored employees arent care for and often ignored while an employee that is not favored can make the same mistake and have disciplinary consequences. Senior management and branch management on multiple occasions make negative and unprofessional comments regarding staff that can be heard by other employees. There is a lack of professionalism thru out the organization; just because the staff wears a tie to work daily doesn't make them professional. The high turn over ratio in every single department speaks for itself!
