      Pros

      One of the best reasons for working at Trusted Tech Team is that the comradery of all the coworkers is family-like. At least for the department that I'm in, it has made working an absolute pleasure and wouldn't want to trade my team for anyone else. Anyone looking for some intro to Account Management can learn a lot from working here.

      Cons

      One of the cons I found is that, for someone like me that commutes for at least 2 hours a day, I would love some flexibility in working from home options. It would be easier on my gas expenses and perhaps give me a good energy boost for days I won't have to endure the 91 traffic.

      One of the best learning experiences in Software Sales. Management and the team culture is one of the best and most helpful, everyone is always open to questions and be a helping hand

      Pros

      - Remote work is an option now - Flexibility in hybrid work for CA employees (we just moved to 4 days per week WFH for our team) - You get to work on a mix of tier 2 and tier 3 tickets. So good exposure to troubleshooting/technical break-fix of complex tickets. - Reputable organization (holds 6/6 MS designations)

      Cons

      - Headquarters is in California, but we work East Coast hours (but hey, you wrap up work at a decent time)
