The pros of the company are how quickly people are in and out of the company, you have the opportunity for advancement.
Cons
The structure of the company in how they operate. Some higher ups make their employees feel uncomfortable. You don’t have to like who you work with but you should respect each other because you need each other to work as a team. It’s understood that the bank is founded out of Schenectady and the corporate offices are far away from many branches. But there has to be accommodations for communication and training other than making employees drive 1 1/2 away! Nobody wants to get home after 6pm! There is too much technology now available to us to have a meeting about the number people that used an ATM at each branch! That’s irrelevant.
