Pros

Differentiated This team understands the market and has evolved based on research to understand B2B buyer and seller behaviors. This has resulted in a unique go to market strategy that offers clear and sizable differentiation in the industry. ` Proven Leadership TrustRadius has a world-class leadership team starting with the CEO. The team is on a mission built on a foundation of strong business ethics and diversity. One of the things I appreciate most is that even with their years of experience, they welcome employees to take their own risks, encouraging personal growth and development. Validated by Customers If you're considering a role at TrustRadius, take the time to read what customers say about the company and the offering. Glassdoor won't allow links, so go to TrustRadius dot com and search for "TrustRadius for Vendors". Validated by B2B Buyers Part of the mission is to be the most trusted site for B2B buyers working toward a purchase decision. Take some time to see what buyers have to say about TrustRadius. Personally, I like the comments in the section "Comparing Review Sites". In this case, go to TrustRadius dot com and search for "TrustRadius for Buyers".

Cons

Onboarding It's a young company so not all departments have worked through onboarding for new employees. Think through what you need to be successful and make it happen. You will be supported if you ask. Also, I expect onboarding will improve as we continue to add new talent. It's Work Like any early stage company, there is work to be done. Expect to roll up your sleeves even on a Friday afternoon. If you're afraid of work, you might be bummed to not have a ping pong table. Otherwise, scratch this con off the list.
