Pros
- So much opportunity here as we grow and innovate in a market that's traditionally been under-innovated. - You can have an impact. If you have a good idea and have the will to follow it through, you'll see the impact and people will give you the recognition. - The business moves quickly and evolves quickly. We're better than we were last month, which was better than the month before.
Cons
- As a growing business it feels like we're always climbing the mountain, but once in a while we look back and see how far we've come, so not really a Con! - No hiding place. If you want to be the grey person in the background, TrustQuay isn't for you!
