Lack of Training and Communication - Receptionist TrustPoint Hospital Employee Review

Communication and training is really lacking. There is a corporate office but they don't help with any training and the training and onboarding they currently have is not good enough for what actually is needed. The floors don't communicate back to reception and it makes our jobs really difficult.
