      Pros

      You’re able to work with and learn from a variety of PR/Marketing professionals in a collaborative environment. Unlike other agencies I’ve worked at, no person feels “above” any task and coworkers want to help each other to “win” and get great results.

      Cons

      Like any job, the experience is what you make of it. Because it is a completely virtual agency, you do have to make an effort to get to know your coworkers.

      Pros

      Since the first day I started working with Trust Relations in 2022 they made sure I felt part of the team. They have excellent communication skills and great comradery. The team is professional and very knowledgeable in their specific areas. Everyone adds a special touch with their uniqueness to the company as a whole. I am grateful to be part of this wonderful team.

      Cons

      We are scattered around the states making it a challenge to gather in person as often as we'd like to.

      -Industry-standard false promises -"New" way of doing business (poverty-level contractor pay)

      -Ghosts contractors -CEO more interested in building personal brand than building a company -Has negative reviews removed -Promotes positive reviews coerced from staff -High turnover -"Trust" in name only
