Pros

- Great individuals within the company - Commission structure is better than most companies - L&D training sessions

Cons

- Work environment has deteriorated within the last 12 months - Used to care about people, but is now all about KPIs and focusing on a "doing more culture." - People are leaving almost every week now (Of all levels) - Multiple senior leaders have left or, if let go, had the reasons for it sent out across the company, which shouldn't happen. - Blatant favoritism across various teams - Host events and online webinars about hustle culture, mental well-being, or work-life balance, but don't consider this internally. - Quietly laid off several consultants in the US, but it was only explained why because of rumors that were floating around that the business was failing. - Blatantly lying about retention rate and using it as a vanity metric.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we take your feedback very seriously and appreciate your candidness in sharing your experience. While we’re glad to see you recognise our incredible people and learning and development opportunities, it’s deeply upsetting to hear that you feel the workplace has deteriorated. We strive to create a culture that balances both performance and well-being, and our KPIs are developed with this in mind – we invest in our people, including offering comprehensive bias training to ensure that we prevent favouritism from becoming an issue. If you can supply us with some more details by writing to oliver@trustinsoda.com we can investigate this further. Transparency is crucial to a good company culture, which is why we aim to communicate our reasons for making decisions that will impact our people across the business. We’ve worked hard on creating a culture that results in a high retention rate by putting people first – KPIs are essential in recruitment, and if people are struggling, we will always try and reassess their targets or move them into a different area of the business that better suits their talents. As a high-growth enabled business, we are constantly looking forward and supporting our people with L&D and providing clear career pathways to advance their professional journeys to the next stage. We wish you all the best in your career.

Pros

Working for Soda has been a dream! Our corporate social responsibility and DE&I initiatives are unlike any other in the industry. I've been given clear outlines for career progression and I truly feel like the entire team is rooting for everyone's success. I'm so excited for our massive growth journey in the Los Angeles office and to continue working with the most exciting tech companies on the West Coast.

Cons

The LA office is small, but this isn't really a con since it's such a tight-knit, personal team.
