Pros
My coworkers are all really nice and everyone helps each other out, more than I can say for the manager. You get to bring your dog to work and get a free walk every day which is AMAZING. Also, lots of free food. The company is growing so there seems to be lots of opportunity.
Cons
I've never worked in call center before and won't ever again after this experience. I feel like I'm constantly being stretched to the limit all they time and there's no break ever. We're pushed every day to go beyond our capacity, its a call center so of course the phone is always going to ring. They just refuse to hire enough people to have enough coverage. So instead we have no moment to spare, if I'm working on something to finish up a call I'm supposed to "set it aside" and come back to it later, but there is no later. Every day it's the same thing, then I have like 5-10 things to catch up on 3 hours later and can't remember everything I'm supposed to do. I would do a much better job if I wasn't constantly driven like a mule. Forget about getting a day off when you need it and no understanding when someone is sick. There's no support from management. Thy just care about squeezing as much out of us that they can. They pretend to care what we think but don'tt as long as we meet goals.
