Pros
Only pros is 10th and 12th pass people have become managers. They'll spy on you for free.
Cons
No hike is ok but tricks to retain are crazy. Can goto any inhuman levels, have no doubts about that. Don't blame managers they are hopeless people with nothing to fall back on.
