Pros

I've worked at a few call centers in the past, and this is the best environment I've worked in so far! Great people, we can decorate our own desk, and there isn't any Hot Seating.

Education , they invest so much into their employees. You are constantly learning and always room to grow! Management is great and it’s still run by the family.

I have no cons to talk about. They treated me great. I moved out of the country or else I would still be working there

Compensation is not highly competitive, though the company does invest in development. Stronger leadership and quicker action are needed to prevent toxic behavior from impacting teams.
