being global we don't get face to face as much - virtual works fine, but in person would be better.

In a diverse office culture, some may feel that entertaining competing ideas, on our way to the ultimate solution, can take a bit more time. In my view, we can't afford not to to consider different concepts. Our solutions must appeal to our diverse customer base, so this form of client-centric develop is ideal... in my opinion.
