Truescope has a great diversity of personalities, backgrounds, and ideas within their people. This diversity of ideas is what helps create a great culture for working and innovating. In my role as a leader, I greatly appreciate, encourage, and use the cumulative value of our diversity to help arrive at the best outcomes for our clients.
Cons
In a diverse office culture, some may feel that entertaining competing ideas, on our way to the ultimate solution, can take a bit more time. In my view, we can't afford not to to consider different concepts. Our solutions must appeal to our diverse customer base, so this form of client-centric develop is ideal... in my opinion.
