Good colleagues. Room for creative freedom.

Terrible management with absolutely no vision. They talk about being long term and focusing on fundamentals, but will fire individual contributors chosen at random every time there is slight pressure, just to cause a temporary short term gain on the stock price. They’ll like shave off IC’s every three months until there’s nothing left of the company. This company used to be good, with strong values, but as soon as the founders left it’s just going downhill.

Great work life balance. People are really good and supportive. Overall work culture, perks, etc are really great
