      Pros

      I have been working at TrueERP full-time for more than a year. Excellent pay, benefits and flexible work schedule. TrueERP makes a very interesting software, and it's a very relaxed environment to work. The management are more than friendly in dealing with the employees and customers. We are all family at TrueERP....!

      I was very interested in ISO management system. I wanted to create a professional ISO management system in the company. She valued talented people and provided unsparing investment and support.

      Pros

      Been with TrueERP for last 5 years, and there is a reason for it. The owner and every other person treat you like a family. The owner of the company is a generous person. He looks after you and makes sure that you are facilitated in every possible way. His goal is - the employee should focus on the work and he will look after all his/her problems.

      Cons

      Giving too much leverage to employees.
