      Customers are great schedule is flexible

      Cons

      Absolutely no leadership whatsoever Only people treated worse then the sales team are the customers No Direction Stab the next guy in the back to get ahead mentality No sales experience to speak of in "leadership"

      Fairly Independent Work Decent Base Pay Decent PTO

      Cons

      Regional Managers not trained, some arrogant and underskilled Constant top-driven new priorities, but never sustain (just move on to the next shiny thing) RDC's and Distribution are a mess, constant customer letdowns
