Absolutely NO work-life balance - Anonymous employee True Manufacturing Employee Review

There is no work-life balance! For a family owned company this is embarrassing! True is not the place to work if you would like to enjoy your time with your family. LIMITED paid time off and no flexibility. Benefits are continually being cut. Upper management is overpaid, which is why they do not try making any changes. They lead the owner to believe that employees are satisfied with the rigid culture. Special exceptions are also made in policies for upper management.
