Pros
True seems to have nearly mastered the hiring process because most every person I worked with in my two years was super genuine & sincere as well as incredibly artistic or creative in some unique way. We all understand that this is our gateway to fulfilling our passions, so we enjoy our time together while we’re there. When it’s chill, it’s chill — but when it’s busy (and it gets very busy), we’re all good friends vibing and working hard. Not to mention the philosophy behind the food that we serve and the beautiful restaurant itself... it’s not a bad place to work at all. Also there is opportunity for growth whether that means raises or promotions, they’ll show you they appreciate you if you put in good effort.
Cons
All restaurants have their funny little quirks. If you can rise above them, there aren’t many cons to this job. I do wish we got free food or a higher discount on days when we’re working (long shifts especially).
