TrueChoice definitely cultivates an excellent work environment and healthy office atmosphere, with awesome perks and unbelievable benefits. Corporate staff is like family and your suggestions and ideas are always heard. Very much a tech startup feel with a large sales team. Constantly expanding their brand with new brother and sister tech subsidiaries full of opportunity for growth.
Cons
The company is definitely growing faster than anticipated and at times employees are stretched thin with a very busy workload, but the juice is worth the squeeze as new employees come onboard and grow the team as well as the significant equity packages offered
