Pros

Easy work Great Management Money isn't that bad Equipment is maintained Nice work atmosphere Great work environment for the younger generation

Cons

Have to work Saturday's most of the season, so six days a week at 10 hours a day. Must sell programs during Spring season or you get laid off, however you get paid nicely for making sales. Raises are hard to come by as it is an American owned company, but wage is fair. Hard to get promoted to management, even after seven years of employment, unless you are willing to relocate, hard for the family man.

Pros

The only pro I had was my local branch manager with awesome The rest of the company is awful

Cons

Forced to work long hours, forced to work in weather, the company does not care about state laws and regulations. really only cares about the revenue.
