Pros

You meet good people. Most of them quickly move on, but there are good people.

Cons

The company is in shambles after years(decades?) of poor quality and misreadingthe market. Hiring minimum wage employees and expecting them to deliver premium service is a pipe dream in both sales and production. Upper level management beats up under paid management to perform miracles while they cut cost and expect every year to be better than the last. Record profits each year dont trickle down and recent restructuring has led most mid-level employees to feel taken advantage of.

The only pro I had was my local branch manager with awesome The rest of the company is awful

Cons

Forced to work long hours, forced to work in weather, the company does not care about state laws and regulations. really only cares about the revenue.
