      As with any mlm there is the opportunity to make money at the top.

      Cons

      - The market is already saturated with product - coworkers will do anything to make a sale, breaking the boundaries of trust with customers - work day starts at 7 am for a pointless meeting. - there is soft punishment for not making sales goals - high turnover - low base pay - no benefits - 12 hour work days encouraged

      Pros

      These teams have grown and I have really seen it before my eyes. I can’t believe how this career has fallen before me. Honestly, I have a put in a lot of hard work, and determination while also having fun. It’s been a journey through the program and I have personal goals as well as financial goals that I need to hit so I’m about to do that. Let’s go!
