-Lack of a sustainable account team structure -Gaslighting team members instead of implementing true solutions to account team conflicts -Extremely low pay -Horrible PTO/benefits for non-Kansas City, remote residents -Agency has made no real investment into become a remote, work from anywhere agency of the new millennium - No agency standard, I’ve been told several times that things will never be organized and the team embraced very gross procrastination practices for both internal and external projects
