      Pros

      Honestly the pros is pretty much getting to do everything on your own. Like you get to pick what days you work and where you work at. It'll show school. grade, and subject. The staff is really helpful as well so if you need anything just shoot them an email and they'll get back to you asap.

      Cons

      I'd say if you don't know your way around the area, then get to know the area. There is a map of what school they take care of but like they don't have it all at least yet.

      I enjoy selecting my own positions on the dashboard. Great schools!

      Cons

      Honestly, they have treated me very well, even when I was the one who fell short. No complaints and happy to have been given an opportunity.

      - Create your own schedule - Paid more than CCSD

      Cons

      - No benefits - Behavioral issues with students - Teachers sometimes leave ambiguous lesson plans as if you know the school layout, procedures, their students, and their classroom - If you pick up a non-licensed sub position your daily pay is lower which doesn't make sense because if you are a fully licensed sub why should your daily rate change because your covering this NL position
