Honestly, they have treated me very well, even when I was the one who fell short. No complaints and happy to have been given an opportunity.

- No benefits - Behavioral issues with students - Teachers sometimes leave ambiguous lesson plans as if you know the school layout, procedures, their students, and their classroom - If you pick up a non-licensed sub position your daily pay is lower which doesn't make sense because if you are a fully licensed sub why should your daily rate change because your covering this NL position
