Pros

They treat you like a person, not an employee. That’s reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees, no bellowing and bawling about challenges, just collaboration, and ideas. The office environment is very fun and expansive. It is a very challenging company due to the pace and ingenuity around every corner, which is awesome. The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at Trivium is the best I’ve ever worked, spent 4 important years of my life here where everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate themselves to helping you if needed. The HR team and their regular efforts in maintaining work-life balance, with top-notch SOP (Share on Profits) benefits for some key positions.

Cons

You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when YOU need to; it's a fair trade.

Pros

I really wanted to give an honest review to this God forsaken company... I sat for 10 minutes to think about at least one good thing about trivium but, unfortunately not a single thing comes to mind accept for the one that the bosses are lenient towards some employees

Cons

Regardless of not being able to think of a pro; I can think of numerous things wrong here. Unfortunately the list is never ending. 1. Unnecessary cuts in pay 2. Pay never received on time. You get your current months salary in the next months second half. 3. Internal office politics by the CEO. 4. Use of foul language such as the CEO calling people manipulative, two-faced,etc. 5. Exploitation of Employees is on a whole different level. 6. Buttering up Employees with false promises which lead to nothing to make them stay in their scamming company. 7. The CEO even does not shy from speaking ill about employees in group calls. 8. Favouritsm by the hierarchy. 9. Use of unprofessional language and manners. 10. No definite working hours. 11. The CEO will advice you to do something and when done will ask you to change everything and blame you for not delivering your work properly. 12. A person who would be doing their first job here is completely like a lamb in a slaughter house. 13. The CEO is a know it all and I'm sorry but... doesn't know it all.
