Pros
A warm, welcoming and friendly environment. Everybody supports each other which is very refreshing unlike other politically charged work environments I have previously found myself in. Apart from the work environment, there is a lot of freedom given to the employees to experiment, think and create outside the box. The kind of clients we get to work with make the job all the more interesting.
Cons
Money is the biggest issue. Getting payments from clients becomes almost every employees role in the company. The salaries are dependent on when and if the client payments come through. I had to use my own money for shoots, meeting and client pitches.
