1) They show you carrot while joining, they offer you good hike, but over a period of time they deduct your salary and you can't do anything. Do not believe on their variable pay, its just a number on papers 2) Lots of politics all around 3) Policies are made only keeping organization Profit in mind not at all employee friendly. Do not care for employees 4) Attrition is very high 5) Job insecurity - employees are asked to leave with different tactics sometimes in name of low performance, sometimes roll change, sometimes location change etc and all these are named as management decision 6)Very poor or no appraisal 7)HR department is most inhuman department 8)Lots of unethical practices - Trainings are conducted on Saturday & Sunday no holidays, expenses not paid on time, employees are mentally harrased etc 9) They hire talented people from different good companies but due to lack of their own planning and strategies they ask employees to leave 10)Spoil career of talented employees
