Pros
They might make you feel special, but it's just to rope you into an exploitative job you did not sign up for.
Cons
This company is a classic example of a well-disguised Multi-Level Marketing Scam. You apply to a vague job online (for me, it was "Entry Level Professional"), they call you and ask a couple very basic questions and ask you for a first round interview. They tell you they are looking for self-motivated people to move up quickly to management positions because they are expanding. They invite you for another round where they finally explain what they actually do - they don't plan galas or create digital marketing campaigns... they sit outside local businesses and try to convince people to give money to charity. I'm not saying this is a bad thing to do, but it is manipulative that they didn't tell you this upfront. They also finally explain compensation.. it is commission-based. But don't worry, you can work your way up to a management level position in less than 10 months if you recruit more people and "build your team". There are no other benefits. You can also put the red flags together yourself - their job descriptions are not clear, and their website is almost all about recruiting new people. If they were a legitimate company, they would be advertising their products/services, not themselves as a place to work. In the interviews, they spend more time talking than you do, because they don't really care about your experience, they just want to convince you it is a great place to work. When I was there for my interviews, the front desk person was constantly making calls to invite others in to interview - as if their only business is hiring people. Perhaps the worst part is they manipulate those who actually want to have social impact by saying "Everything we do is for the kids! For the charity!" to rope you into a job that isn't going to pay you enough, and is just using you as another number to boost up their recruitment. Please beware. It may be possible to make some money at this job but it is not the promising "career" they try to convince you it is.
