      Pros

      Salary was decent. Hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      Micro management. The COO will schedule meetings at 5 pm on Fridays. He will also call, text, email and IM all day and night. They held my last paycheck and refused to pay me for hours worked.

      In my almost two years here, I’ve had a great experience with Triton Technical. I appreciate the open communication with upper management and the way the company is run.

      Pros

      Traveled to various regions of the world that I would probably never have the opportunity to travel to.

      Cons

      Not really a con but the hours can be long and sometimes living 75% of the year out of a suitcase can be straining over time.
