Pros

I had a great supervisor and that was the main thing keeping me at this company before I left. I guess if I had to name another pro, it would be that there are lots of food options close by. And there is a camaraderie amongst many employees in the office that was nice to be involved with.

Cons

No career growth/limited ability to move up within the company because people are not promoted from within. You can work your butt off and never get recognized for your hard work, not even through bonuses. A $500 bonus is a disgrace, along with the industry-low salaries. The CEO of this company is absolutely disgusting. He bullies his employees and treats them like slaves. He has zero care for quality or safety. He is more concerned about getting the product out the door so he can make more money. The sad thing is, the upper management let him treat people this way and refuse to stand up. I am so glad I left and my CEO now is a breath of fresh air; one that actually takes the time to show his appreciation for his employees, no matter their position. He actually goes around and listens to everyone's concerns and truly cares about their well-being. This is something the CEO of Tris does not even have the capacity to do.

Pros

Ther are a few good dediated employees at Tris.

Cons

Little no foundational process and procedures. Onboarding a new employee does nonexistence. This is a privately owned company where the owner signs off on every check over 5k and has little understanding of financial descions being made without his complete understanding. New employees exit as quickly as they come. Long time employees feel a obligation to the business and stay throughout the insanity.
