Pros
I spent my first 6 years as an RN here and learned so much. I enjoyed my leadership/managers, coworkers, and patients. Since I have moved away, I miss it very much. There was a very strong sense of family or "Ohana" here.
Cons
The general public calls the place "Crippler" because of the lawsuits that are made public because it is a government hospital. It's frustrating to constantly have to defend the hospital. I have always received awesome care and provided amazing care as well.
