Pros

Only Salary is above market standard

Cons

Everything else is below market standard. Pune office is handled by one man. You will find him roaming around every one hour. The senior management are busy in implementing useless things like no breakfast will be served after 10am, all the chairs in cafeteria will be turned upside down after 10am and many more. Senior management will keep track of your vacation leaves. If senior management are busy in implementing such things then God Knows how the company will improve. Now, the management has started undervaluing its own employees by stating that they will hire candidates from IIMs, IITs. Instead of boosting their employees' morale they are trying to demotivate them by their own third class ideas.

Pros

None left, work here only if you are desperate, have nowhere else to go, still working on your long term plan, or are stuck due legal reasons.

Cons

The company is in bad shape, their code is in shambles, no customer can run even a decently sized business without throwing tons of hardware on problems. they are on the verge of losing even the existing customers, their data center is a joke with most incompetent people, who have no technical background managing it. Their customer facing organization has no technical depth and no business acumen. Triple point can not even can not get good reference from existing customers. The management is desperate, but they do not have any skill set as they have inbred for a long time moreover earlier mostly promotions were based on favouritism by the owner and the founder, good technical guys are leaving in droves, very few knowledgeable people are left now. ION Should analyze how each employee has progressed in their career then they will find out who is real deal and who is POS.
