Pros
The informal working culture of Triple Jump. Management likes to think of themselves as 'entrepreneurial' hence a relaxed attitude towards deliverables, operational procedures, internal policies.
Cons
Two-Tier hierarchy of Dutch, long term employees and non-Dutch, temporary staff. CRYONISM given its ‘clan’ culture and small size (<90 employees globally). Low salary is marketed as adequate for the "social impact investing" sector. There seems to be a tendency to attract or hire staff which is either young, unexperienced, non-Dutch, women, recently graduated or unemployed to justify the wages The company is heavily managed at the Top and is very inefficient No career progression for you (or insignificant possibilities) Constant rotation of staff is a real problem which Management outright ignores. You can expect an entire new department after approx. 3 years across the organization. Although local staff could remain in the same role for decades Chaotic and stressful environment to deliver basic work due to the issue of staff retention and lack internal policies to execute the basic work. No diversity or inclusion at the Top
