Pros
Likeable co-workers and a good awareness of mental health. Genuine investment in environmentalist businesses and causes.
Cons
Closed-minded approach to progress, internal investment, training and staff welfare. A sense of entitlement pervades the upper echelons of the business, and the organisation is quite self-agrandising. Almost no representation for lower-level coworkers, who take on unmanageable workloads, forcing them to work through breaks and after hours for no extra pay. The pay is also pitiful, which has been raised by staff, but the response was to hire a company to justify the pay structure at great expense to the business. Why not just use that money to improve wages and alleviate concerns? Training is almost non-existent, meaning that that the abundance of talent is wasted and will inevitably leave for greener pastures.
