Some staff treat this more like a daycare rather than a center whose goal is to provide aba therapy which can affect data and the child’s progress.

Some supervisors there are amazing! Karly and Sara were great at their jobs. Fun coworkers. Rewarding. The relationships and rapport you build with the clients.

This company underpays significantly for how hard the job is. Owner seemed to be quite greedy. Some supervisors were mean and unhelpful. Don’t always get the support needed for escalated and aggressive clients. Don’t listen to burnt out staff.
