The environment, culture, and vibes are amazing! Everyone is willing to help anyone with anything. You can really feel that everyone cares and wants what is best for the company and team. People go above and beyond no matter how large or small the task is. Every employee and position is appreciated and cared for. Your time, effort, and hard work is always recognized. They encourage work life balance. Everyone is very approachable, open, and friendly. The benefits are amazing. Everyday the employees are excited to grow as individuals, a team, and company. Trinity works hard and plays even harder!

There isn't any cons to Trinity

Modern office, plenty of potential clients to reach out to, and lots of products to sell.

My experience at Trinity Packaging Supply was very disappointing. Management is inexperienced and provides no training or support. There’s a culture of favoritism and credit-taking rather than teamwork. Expectations and KPIs constantly change without communication or any notice, and several employees report issues with unpaid overtime or bonuses. Turnover is extremely high — many talented people have come and gone in the past couple of years, which speaks volumes about the work environment. Past employees were pressured to post positive reviews, so take the glowing ones with caution. Almost all of those employees are no longer with the company. There’s also a lack of professionalism, experience, and character at the top that negatively affects morale and the company’s reputation. I cannot recommend working here. It's an extremely toxic work environment.
