Cons
The absolute worst "leadership". Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. The people in leadership completely lack business-sense, any and all leadership skills, backbone, technical and analytical skills, tenacity, integrity, and numerous other necessary traits for success. If each of them were to ask themselves at the end of each day - "Did I earn my paycheck today?" - and then answered honestly... they'd all have to say No. They utterly do not add value to the organization. And on top of that, they suck dry all the energy and positivity from the people that do when they do not value insights from their employees. What's that saying about hiring smart people so they can tell us what to do ... well Trinity hires dumb people to crush the spirits of smart people who could be helping the organization to grow and thrive. I suggest in the each of the next big meetings within teams and with leadership and with larger teams and at the" round tables" and "skip-levels" - ask your teams this - "Who here has ever felt that you had a great idea or feedback, but you didn't feel comfortable speaking up because you believed it it would not even be considered or you might even be admonished for it? Who here has felt like that often?" (Also and unfortunately, answering in the affirmative can be scary because it can be perceived as you saying your boss is ineffective, and no one wants to have that target put on their backs. Trinity makes no effort to create an environment where you feel comfortable being honest. It just becomes ingrained in you that staying quiet is the safe thing to do if you want to keep your job.) Further, they do not have any structure or pathway or interest in career growth for their employees. They value only external candidates for higher roles. So many great internal people have been passed up for leadership roles that they could so clearly excel in. It's truly sad. People bring it up to leadership all of the time at the "round tables" and other venues, but they are a never truly heard. If shareholders/investors really knew how poorly this company was run, they would certainly take their money and run. HR flat out lies to candidates in the interview and hiring process and again once they are employees. And I mean huge, ridiculous lies. Skilled, intelligent, capable employees are leaving this company in droves because they do not fit in at such an impotent company. Do not work here! You will regret it!
