Pros
The company has been fantastic to work for from the very beginning. My initial impressions were extremely positive, and that has continued throughout my experience so far. The culture is welcoming and supportive, creating a genuinely positive workplace environment with a strong team feel across the business.
There are clear opportunities for progression, and the flexibility offered through hybrid working has been a major benefit. I also felt very well prepared for what my role would entail, with strong onboarding and support from the team, which made settling into the position much easier.
Cons
At the moment, there are very few negatives to mention. If anything, I would say there could be slightly more opportunity for salary growth within the HR Admin role over time. Aside from that, my experience has been very positive overall, and I would highly recommend the company to friends and family.
