Pros
Trinity is a gem! Management talks about culture a lot, and it's not just lip service. I feel respected and appreciated, and egos are not tolerated in the office. We work hard, but we have fun too. Plus, lunch is catered twice a week in the office!
Cons
Employees in AZ are required to be in office, but the company does offer a summer remote option (June and July) for most positions.
