      The higher management at trilogy really have their employees in mind. The benefits are wonderful and the work/life balance is a huge pro.

      Pros

      Amazing work life balance, felt like a human more than a number at work. You make alot of connections through the numerous in-person social events the organization hosts throughout the year and felt like a family. The client I worked with was very nice.

      Cons

      Pay could be better and bonuses were not clearly stated how it was calculated.
