Great for clients, but intensely cliquey staff. - Anonymous Trilogy Employee Review

Pros

Their model of care applies consistently impactful Motivational Interviewing approaches. Clients get the best possible support. Employees are generally much more positive there and feel supported.

Cons

Rampant unchecked favoritism among managers and team leaders toward friends. Most of the staff are in their early/mid-20s or Trilogy lifers. Add to the mix positive change in clients and a generally positive message from top management and "how could we ever be flawed?" This creates a dangerous group-think culture of routinely resisting questioning one's behaviors, much less seeing past one's own nose. Young "cute/flirty" 20-somethings who neglect bioharzards in clients' homes are addressed. If you go out drinking & flirt enough with the right managers, you'll get promoted. It's NOT a merit system. It's post college fun.
