Filled with negativity!! You can't talk much. You can't go to washroom much. 90% of their staff in Australia are Indian and they treat Indian staff as labours. I will say worst than labours like Britishers used to do to Indian before independence. Employees are not allowed to wear shoes in the office even I respect that. But, when any employee comes from Australia to visit our Indian HQ in Ahmedabad, they are roaming in the office with their shoes on! And they treat them like "Chris Hemsworth" has arrived to their office and will transform into Thor to fight Thanos. Nobody, NO BODY can even put up their voice on any of the management decisions or you will be tortured on daily basis. And yes, they are more interested to know who said what to whom. Jigar Shah bhai, you're into wrong business of selling business phone systems and website development. Shut down this business and open up a Crime Investigation, Oh Sorry!! Office Gossips Investigation business, I am telling you, you will be rich and soon will be rolling Lambos n BMWs & Audis under your olo. Sir, start trusting your employees (especially your old employees except one i.e., Gary) rather then talking rubbish. Or else, someday when you will be here in india, roaming somewhere in your halfpants, someone might ring your bells.
