      Great projects, not afraid of change, collaborative, excellent creative vision and engineering talent, differences are respected, and - most importantly - you are treated like a PERSON not a number or mere resource.

      Cons

      As a smaller company, you are not going to see the same monetary benefits as with larger companies (but you will be treated better!).

      Easy to communicate with the team, clear direction, prompt responses and payments, and nice people to work with.

      Cons

      I did not experience anything negative working as a contractor at Trigger.
