This is not a good company to work for. When they recruited me, the offered me a $4K sign on bonus. In my offer letter, they stated that I would have to pay back the bonus unless there was lack of work or Trident fired me for lack of work. On my last day, I went to the corporate office and was presented with a letter stating they were taking my entire paycheck and I still owed them $1400. I sat for 4.5 months doing absolutely no work and there was no work assigned to me. When confronting upper management with this, they told me to "hang in there". I could not sit and do nothing while they billed the federal government for "services rendered". Not only did they take my entire paycheck but they did not pay me for the 36 hours of vacation.
