      Pros

      Great communication and collaboration between engineering a sales side. Senior leadership is very invested in individuals' personal growth and development Great PTO and holiday leave structure. Extra day for every standard holiday.

      He was relaxed / casual

      Cons

      He agreed to pay me $3000 and never paid, ghosted me and refused to respond to calls and emails. I had met with them over 20 times and spent hundreds of dollars on the commutes alone and over a hundred hours on the website and over ten hours in meetings with them. Never got a penny.
