- no worklife balance - system enlighten does not really showed hours of work spent, manager always thought we have more opportunity hours to work - too much responsibility for a senior (like leader's responsible) - benefits not so good. expect us to work like robot but no reward or makan2 - pantry always so empty, no coffee/tea/biscuits
