Pros
- Our Brio locations (most of the offices) are new, clean, and can have a very friendly atmosphere. (that is the only significant difference from any other medical facility)
Cons
- None of the positions are upfront about pay - Manipulative talk about employees being top priority while all the contracted workers are getting paid better - Evaluations for raises only happen once a year, and your manager doesn't have control over when or if you get recognized for your work - Tribe513 corporate has control over the offices (Brio, Parkside, OB-GYN, etc.) so management decisions feel very distant from the issues and often come long after the issues should have been handled. - Pay is statistically 20% lower than every business average in South Carolina (according to Zip Recruiter) and benefits don't make up for it - Employee benefits are not included except for healthcare at the facilities, and even for those, an employee must pay everything upfront and wait at least 2 months for the reimbursement process - there is a high turnover rate (mostly b/c of unappreciative pay) - the fast-growing corporation's desire to build capital is very evident to me as an employee and sadly evident to the patients as well sometimes.
