1. Senior management is all related 2. They have no qualified people. All of their contracts are fully made up of subcontractors doing the work 3. The CEO's new greening policy is a joke. It is the high end corporate term for bringing subject matter experts in to win contracts and then passing it off to lesser qualified people to run for less money. They then terminate the SME's. 4. Numerous Directors and VP's have bailed out due to senior management. Many are waiting for their chance to bail. 5. It's a sinking ship. They tried to unload their Florida operations but due to greed, it fell through. Some company will end up picking it up in a fire sale because it lacks direction and qualified staff to keep it going. 6. Their revenue pipeline is moving quickly through the pipes and is dwindling. Look for a major change corporate wide. 7. Best thing for management is to liquidate themselves from the company.
